mt250 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one mt250 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. mt250 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect multi-accounting, and any duplicate accounts identified will be closed without notice.

All financial transactions on the mt250 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your mt250 account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. mt250 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. mt250 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any ongoing security or verification checks.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• mt250 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend processing time.
• Deposits made but not wagered may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal, at mt250's discretion.
• In cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected, mt250 will freeze the relevant account and funds pending investigation and will report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

mt250 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonus offers are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. mt250 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the time limit specified for the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry of the offer period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution rates are set out in individual promotion terms. As a general rule, some game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward fulfilling wagering requirements.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the mt250 Platform across all product verticals, including casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, crash games, and any other gaming product:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet before confirming it.
• mt250 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.
• For sports betting, mt250 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from accounts identified as professional or sharp bettors.

• Money laundering: Using the mt250 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or to obscure the origin or destination of such funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics without human input.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical malfunction, pricing error, game glitch, or software bug on the Platform for financial gain.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with your payment provider in relation to legitimate deposits made on the Platform.
• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one mt250 account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person who is under 21.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from mt250.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used on the Platform.
• Use any mt250 branding, trademarks, or trade dress in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Frame, scrape, or index any portion of the Platform using automated tools without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to mt250 for delivery on the Platform. All rights in such content are reserved by the respective rights holders.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mt250 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or any other cause.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mt250's liability for death or personal injury caused by mt250's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

By using the Platform, you consent to mt250's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mt250 will not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform, processing payments, conducting KYC verification, and complying with legal obligations.
